Horseback Riding and Trekking Experience

A day to slow down, breathe deeply and let yourself be guided by the rhythm of nature. On Sunday 11 May 2025, in the heart of the Sila Piccola, CalabrianSoul proposes Horseback and Trekking Experience, an experience designed for those who wish to rediscover a deep connection with the territory and with themselves.

Departure from the Mancuso Village, meeting at the Enea Wild Heart riding school, where experts Michela Bonfiglio and Nicola Giglio will guide participants in an initial approach to the horse. No experience is required: just willingness, curiosity and a desire to connect with one of the most empathetic animals that has accompanied us for millennia.

After establishing an initial contact, we set off on an excursion into the woods, along paths immersed in greenery, amid scents of larch pine, moss and undergrowth. A walk made up of listening and observation, with the support of guides to recognise plants and traces of the area. Halfway along, a stop for an open-air brunch: a simple and authentic moment of sharing, surrounded by the silence and beauty of the Sila.
