Health Cycle Route

From 19 to 21 September 2025, Calabria will inaugurate a new way of experiencing cycling and the region with the "Health Cycle Route", a project promoted by the Calabria Region, ONCOMED and Pedalatori Seriali that transforms the spectacular Parks Cycle Route into a route dedicated to wellness and prevention.

For three days, Catanzaro, Villaggio Mancuso and Lorica will become the heart of an event that combines sport, nature and health. The programme includes:

• Friday 19 September, at the Regional Citadel of Catanzaro, the scientific conference "Cycling for Prevention" with doctors, sports psychologists and nutritionists on cancer prevention, psychological wellbeing, nutrition and sport (free admission);
• Saturday 20 September, from the Sila National Park, a cycle ride from Villaggio Mancuso to Lorica with ONCOMED Health Stations offering free check-ups and consultations and activities for children;
• Sunday 21 September, in Lorica, the 'Arvo Ring' cycle ride to end the weekend immersed in nature, with new health stops and moments dedicated to families.
