A new creative chapter opens in Diamante, a city that symbolises muralism in Italy, with the arrival of FAC - Festival of Arts and Cultures, scheduled from Tuesday 10 to Tuesday 17 June 2025. An innovative and visionary event that will transform the streets and walls of the city into a space for shared art, participatory culture and urban regeneration.
Conceived by Gulìa Urbana in collaboration with the Municipality of Diamante, FAC aims to make the city an international reference point for contemporary street art, continuing the path that has made Diamante an open-air museum recognised throughout Europe. The protagonists of this first edition will be five street artists of international renown:
- Slim Safont (Spain)
- Aches (Ireland)
- Marta Lapeña (Spain)
- Edoardo Ettorre (Italy)
- Joys (Italy), who will also sign an original artistic playground in Largo Savonarola, where art and sport come together in an innovative urban space.
FAC is much more than a festival: it is a participatory cultural process, connecting artists, citizens and the territory. The programme includes exhibitions, talks, workshops, guided tours and musical performances.
