Assaporagionando

From 21 to 24 November 2024, the eagerly awaited appointment with Assaporagionando, the event that celebrates excellent food and wine and the culture of the territory, returns. The XXIV edition will be held in a new and evocative location: the Parco degli Enotri in Mendicino, a place surrounded by nature that will host four days of tastings, discoveries and innovation.

This year's theme, ‘Traditionally Innovative’, reflects the essence of the event, where roots and history blend with innovation, leading to the rediscovery of the excellence of the Calabrian territory. In addition to the celebration of traditional flavours, Assaporagionando offers an interesting glimpse into the future, exploring how new technologies and artificial intelligence are transforming the agricultural and food sector.

The event will end in style on 19 December 2024 in Acri, the symbolic place where the initiative came to life. A day entirely dedicated to the rediscovery of local traditions and the promotion of craftsmanship and gastronomic excellence, to close a journey through culture, flavours and innovation with a big party.
