The cedar on the plate

The event promotes the agro-food and gastronomic traditions of the citron, the unique citrus fruit in the world that is cultivated in Diamante and in the surrounding area. A plant and an identifying fruit that gave its name to the entire coast called the "Riviera dei Cedri". Exhibitions, conferences, guided tours and show-cooking will guide visitors and tourists to get to know and appreciate the cedar, grown exclusively in Calabria and in Italy with diamonds and surrounding areas.
