Little explorers, budding palaeontologists and future astrophysicists, gather round! The appointment is in Vibo Valentia, from Thursday 10 to Saturday 12 April 2025, with ‘’Think You. The Festival of Science and Curiosity'’.
The event will take place in the Valentianum Complex, in Piazza S. Leoluca, and will be open every day, from 10 a.m. until late afternoon.
There will be a large exhibition area with stands managed by organisations and associations involved in scientific research, dissemination and environmental protection. On the programme are exhibitions and talks featuring important science communicators. Prehistory enthusiasts will be able to attend a focus on the reconstruction of extinct organisms and with interesting insights into people who have made an important contribution to the history of palaeontology. For lovers of stars and planets, the Passione Astronomia team - Italy's largest portal for popularising astronomy - will present an exhibition dedicated to astrophotography and lead a discussion on the progress of the study of the cosmos.
Children under the age of 6 will enter free of charge, and matinees dedicated to schools are planned.
