On 15 July 2024, the Archaeological Park of the Soriano Calabro Museum Centre will be the stage for the event "The Cuisine of Tradition - Between the Middle Ages and the Modern Age". This event will offer participants a gastronomic journey through the centuries, rediscovering the recipes and culinary techniques that characterised the Middle Ages and the Modern Age.
