The Bergamot Train - Discovering Brancaleone

A unique experience to immerse yourself in the culture and flavours of Calabria, travelling comfortably by train along the Ionian Coast and discovering the famous Bergamot of Reggio Calabria, a symbol of identity and tradition.

On 25 January 2025 board the regional train from one of the stations of Catanzaro Lido, Soverato, Monasterace-Stilo, Roccella Jonica, Gioiosa Jonica, Siderno, Locri or Bovalino and enjoy the journey to Brancaleone.

  Discover the world of sea turtles with a guided tour and the screening of a documentary dedicated to their preservation.

  An afternoon exploring the places linked to Cesare Pavese, including the ancient Dimora del Confino, guided by the passion of the experts from Pro Loco di Brancaleone APS and Kalabria Experience.
