For the first time, Catanzaro is hosting one of the most eagerly awaited international cultural events: TEDxCatanzaro, scheduled for Wednesday 16 October 2025 at 6.30 pm at the Cinema Teatro Comunale.
The theme chosen for this first edition, 'Emotion is revolution', invites us to reflect on the transformative value of emotions in an age marked by technology, data and algorithms. Speakers from different worlds will take turns on stage, ready to share stories and visions capable of inspiring the audience.
Guests include: Luca Bianchini, writer and radio host; Roberta Catania, psychologist and investigative criminologist; Alessandro Di Battista, writer and columnist; Simona Lo Bianco, director of the Fai Reserve 'I Giganti della Sila'; Valentina Pitzalis, author and witness to resilience; Francesco Repice, Rai sports journalist; Paola Vacchina, national director of Acli; Peppe Voltarelli, singer-songwriter and writer.
Organised by Indaco with the support of the Premio Carlino d'Argento association, TEDxCatanzaro represents a moment of discussion and growth for the city and for the whole of Calabria.
