On Wednesday 17 December 2025, at 9:00 p.m., the Vincenzo Scaramuzza Theatre in Crotone will host "PPP Love and Struggle", a show dedicated to Pier Paolo Pasolini fifty years after his murder, as part of the Eikasia Immagina Festival.
Produced by the Calabrian company Officine Jonike Arti, with dramaturgy by Katia Colica and direction by Matteo Tarasco, the show features Americo Melchionda in the role of Pasolini, alongside Andrea Puglisi and Maria Milasi, with original music by Antonio Aprile.
Through a theatrical narrative suspended between memory and dreamlike vision, the poet's life intertwines with that of his loved ones, recreating places and moments symbolic of his existence and our collective history. An intense and moving journey through pain, love and reflection, which restores the voice and visionary power of one of the greatest intellectuals of the 20th century.
