Smart Work
A theater show about contemporary everyday life, staged in Roccella Ionica

Theatrical
On 6 June 2026, Smart Work, a show produced by Mammut Teatro and included in the VacaFest 2026 programme, will be staged in the Garden of the Scholè Headquarters in Roccella Ionica.
Written by Gianluca Vetromilo and Armando Canzonieri, Smart Work recounts with irony and lucidity the uncertainties of a generation entering the world of work without a clear roadmap. 'I opened my computer, updated my CV and started going to interviews... because I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up. But in reality, I'm already grown up." This sentence encapsulates the heart of the show: the transition to adulthood, expectations, doubts, the search for a balance between ambition and identity.
Through direct and contemporary language, the stage becomes a mirror of a time in which work is changing form and meaning. The theatre becomes a space for discussion, capable of involving young people, families and adult audiences in a shared reflection on the present.
