Pottery workshop and artefact restoration

On Saturday 12 April 2025, the National Archaeological Museum of Crotone will be transformed into an interactive space where history, creativity and fun come together to create a special afternoon dedicated to children.

Two not-to-be-missed appointments, at 15:30 and 17:30, to participate in engaging workshops designed to introduce children to the world of archaeology in a playful and original way:

• Ancient ceramics workshop, where participants will be able to model clay and discover the techniques of the craftsmen of yesteryear;
• Restoration of archaeological artefacts, to learn how to handle tweezers and brushes like real restorers, bringing treasures from the past to light.
