On 21 and 22 March 2026, at 11.30 a.m., the Mediterranean Biodiversity Park in Catanzaro will host Children's Yoga in the Park, an activity dedicated to children organised by the Satya Yoga Centre.
Designed for children aged 4 to 8, the event offers an educational and creative experience that combines movement, play and outdoor wellness. Through yoga games, movement stories and guided relaxation, participants will be taken on a journey that stimulates imagination, coordination and body awareness.
The natural setting of the Mediterranean Biodiversity Park, one of the most evocative green spaces in Catanzaro, makes the experience even more engaging. Among trees, paths and open spaces, children will be able to enjoy a moment of sharing and discovery immersed in nature, transforming physical activity into an educational game.
The initiative is designed to promote the physical and mental well-being of children, encouraging conscious movement and creativity through simple and accessible activities.
*In case of rain or bad weather, the activity will take place at the Satya Yoga Centre, in Via Sant'Agostino 1/A (Catanzaro).
