The literary festival of Isola di Capo Rizzuto reaches its second edition

On Monday, December 22, at 5:30 p.m., the Cinema Teatro Heraclea in Isola di Capo Rizzuto will host the second edition of “Literature in Glasses”, dedicated to the presentation of the book “L'impronta del bene: come il volontariato trasforma la vita” (The Imprint of Good: How Volunteering Transforms Lives) by Stefano Scerbo, President of the association Crescere Insieme.
The book explores the role of volunteering in contemporary society through testimonials and reflections on the value of solidarity. The meeting will include institutional greetings from regional councilor Sergio Ferrari, mayor Maria Grazia Vittimberga, and councilor for culture Antonella Pagliuso. don Francesco Gentile and don Giuseppe Bentivoglio, authors of the introduction and conclusion of the book, respectively, will also speak. The event will be moderated by dr. Rossella Loprete.
The event will be an opportunity to discover the role of volunteering in the local area and discuss topics related to solidarity and social participation.
