Kite Festival

The wind, sand and sky take centre stage in one of the most popular events of the Calabrian summer: the Kite Festival, which will return to enliven Giovino beach in Catanzaro Lido on 19 and 20 July 2025 for its third edition.

A simple and poetic event, designed for children, families and curious people of all ages, which over the years has become a true celebration of imagination, encounter and light-heartedness.

• Saturday 19 July from 3pm to 11pm
• Sunday 20 July from 9.30am to 6.30pm

As every year, the wind, a natural element deeply linked to the identity of Catanzaro, becomes a symbol and creative tool, capable of combining the carefree nature of play with the pleasure of sharing in the open air.
