Santa Claus arrives in Trebisacce: an event not to be missed

The historic centre of Trebisacce is preparing to celebrate Christmas with an unmissable event for young and old! On Sunday 22 December 2024, starting at 18:00, Piazza Progresso will come alive with the arrival of Santa Claus.
The evening will be full of activities and fun for the whole family. Lovers of good food will be able to delight in the street food stands; there will also be stands of local artisans, where it will be possible to visit the Museo Arte Olearia e Cultura Contadina ‘L. Noia’ (Museum of Olive Oil Art and Peasant Culture ‘L. Noia’), the Chiesa Madre San Nicola di Mira (Mother Church San Nicola di Mira) and the Cappella Sant'Antonio (Chapel of St. Anthony). The evening will be accompanied by a burst of music with the Takabum Street Band, and, to end on a high note, spectacular fireworks will follow.
