Art Therapy - Art as nourishment for the soul

The Rock Museum in Catanzaro is hosting Art Therapy, a series of events dedicated to the value of art as a space for reflection, sharing and personal growth. This cultural journey accompanies the public through the spring months with words, music and images, creating moments of encounter in which creativity and sensitivity interact with the local area.

The exhibition offers three thematic events, each built around symbolic images of nature and life: sprouts, roots and breath. Three stages that invite you to stop, listen and cultivate new perspectives through different artistic languages.

The project brings together artists, authors and performers who, with different sensibilities, intertwine narration, poetry, visual art and music. Leading this cultural journey are Elisa Chiriano, Daniela Pietragalla, Antonella Pascuzzo, Salvo Venuto, Piergiorgio Caruso and Giovanni E. Audino, protagonists of a creative dialogue that focuses on the artistic experience as nourishment for the soul.

The audience will be taken on a journey of reflection, suggestion and evocative atmospheres, where words and images become tools for interpreting the present and imagining new horizons. The meetings will also feature guests and artistic contributions that will enrich each event with new ideas and perspectives.
