Aghia Sophia Fest

On 27 and 28 June 2025, Aghia Sophia Fest returns with its fifth edition and does so in its own way: sincere, welcoming, radical. This year's theme: ‘’Losing control‘’, because it is only by abandoning pre-established coordinates that one can access new visions.

In the evocative setting of Bocs Art in Cosenza Vecchia, the festival mixes critical thinking, art, music and counterculture, giving space to contributions from voices that have made freedom and vision a mission:

• The tormented stars of Salvatore ‘Uccello’ Iaccino,
• Franco Piperno's luminous visions,
• Bifo's extreme reflections,
• The collective homage to Franco Battiato,
• Simonetta Musitano's queer and irreverent performances,
• And the musical selections curated by Nirta dj.

Then there will be incursions into the permanent revolution by Philopat, the scenarios of digital identity with Ippolita, and the disillusioned irony of Dueditanelcuore, up to a final party to dance to, where the rhythm rises and rationality goes on holiday. A highly anticipated guest: Auroro Borealo, ready to light up the night in Cosenza Vecchia. Food, drink & relax area always open.
