On 24 October 2025, the Teatro Comunale in Catanzaro will host the national premiere of "Musical Fairy Tales: Tales of Sand", a matinee performance designed for schools and dedicated to the creative power of the arts when combined.
The show, directed by Piero Bonaccurso, intertwines words, music and ephemeral images to bring to life an original fairy tale that explores the infinite possibilities of the Italian language. The narration is enriched by the live music of Fabio Tropea, who accompanies and guides the story with original melodies. On screen, Greta Belometti's hands transform sand into evocative figures through the technique of sand art, creating images that are born, vanish and transform themselves to the rhythm of the story.
Alongside them, Pierpaolo Bonaccurso completes an ensemble that transports the audience into a unique experience, capable of engaging the senses and the imagination.
