Astrea National Prize

The Astrea National Prize is an annual event recognised, since the first edition in 2019, by the Ministry of Justice. The creators and presenters are journalists Massimo Mercuri and Piera Dastoli.

The initiative is a true cultural project that pursues precise principles and aims such as justice and legality. This without forgetting realities and personalities that constitute true excellences in vital areas of Italian society such as culture, sport, journalism, entrepreneurship and social commitment. In each of the individual editions, the aim was to show admiration, gratitude and affection to those Italian personalities who have offered a particularly significant testimony of commitment, consistency and courage in their social and political action against violence and injustice.

The kermesse will take place in the city of Lamezia Terme, in the province of Catanzaro, on Saturday 28 September 2024 at 20:30 at the Chiostro di San Domenico.
