On 31 August 2025, at the first light of dawn, the Santicelli Botanical Garden in Soverato will become the natural stage for "Legend of Water", an original production premiering nationally by the ResExtensa Company, with choreography by Elisa Barucchieri in collaboration with ResExtensa – Porta d'Oriente, National Dance Production Centre.
An intense and poetic performance that brings back memories of water as primordial, individual and collective perceptions, transforming them into conscious gestures. In a setting immersed in nature and enveloped in the colours of the new day, dance becomes a deep, evocative and enchanting breath, celebrating the eternal bond between man and the sea. A work that combines lightness and depth, where archetypal gestures recount the transits of water, a symbol of life, paths and connections that traverse time and history.
The event is part of the prestigious Armonie d'Arte Festival, which brings artistic experiences of great value and charm to Calabria.
