An April of Books... and more

Cosenza celebrates reading and culture with An April of Books... and more, an event that interweaves history, literature, childhood and sustainability through a rich programme of events. The initiative, part of the City of Cosenza's Reading Pact, is a collaboration between institutions, associations and experts in the field to promote books as a tool for growth and sharing.

• 2 April, 5.30 p.m. - Presentation of the book Francesco di Paola, il santo taumaturgo: l'uso terapeutico delle erbe tra scienza e fede by Carmine Lupia and Giancarlo Statti, in collaboration with the Confluenze Association.
• 3 April, 5:30 p.m. - Presentation of the book Il Cardinale Ruffo e la straordinaria avventura del 1799 (Cardinal Ruffo and the Extraordinary Adventure of 1799) by Giuseppe Caridi, in collaboration with Ars Enotria APS.
• 5 April, 5:30 p.m. - Inauguration of the exhibition Packaging: the unsustainable lightness of plastic, dedicated to sustainable alternatives.
• 7 April, 4 p.m. - B-Book Festival training day, at the Museum's ‘Rosanna Rovito’ Library.
• 10 April, 5 p.m. - Seminar Educating for sustainability between recycling and creativity, aimed at educators and families.
• 11 April, 6 p.m. - Presentation of the book Digital Museums and Generation Z: new challenges for new audiences, edited by Elisa Bonacini.
• 29 April, 5:30 p.m. - Presentation of the book Le connessioni sentimentali dell'aldilà by Giulio Bruno.
