AeQuilibrium Cup – Regions Trophy

One of the most eagerly awaited youth sporting events of the Italian summer is back: the 19th edition of the AeQuilibrium Cup – Beach Volleyball Regional Trophy, which this year will be held in Calabria, in the beautiful coastal setting of Locri.

From 15 to 18 July 2025, the best under-16 pairs from the Italian regional teams – born on or after 1 January 2009 – will compete in an intense four days of sport, passion and fair play on a special court: that of the Riviera dei Gelsomini, with the Ionian Sea as a backdrop.

The tournament will involve 21 regional teams divided into seven groups of three teams each, for a total of three matches per group and two matches per team, based on the rankings obtained in previous editions. The official start will be on Tuesday 15th with the arrival of the delegations and the Opening Ceremony scheduled for 6.30 p.m. From Wednesday to Friday, it will be time for the competition, with the group stages and the final matches, which will determine the winners of the women's and men's categories.
