Toraldo D’Amore Palace
Historical building
Probably work by a Vanvitelli's student, the eighteenth-century Toraldo D’Amore Palace has different facades: on Via Lepanto, the facade is rich tans and hierarchically differentiated openings on three floors; on Largo Galzerano, has a continuous balcony, supported by arches resting on pillars and highlighted by a consistent string course. Of particular value is the portal on Via Lepanto, made by white marble that opens onto a large vaulted hall, before the small courtyard and the stairs to the ramp only, with balconies disengagement, partly recovered and partly restored with type original.
