Ylberi

From 24 to 29 July 2025, Santa Sofia d'Epiro (CS) will once again be filled with colour with the fifth edition of Ylberi, the festival that combines urban art, memory and Arbëreshë identity in a participatory and contemporary event.

Ylberi, which means “rainbow” in ancient Albanian, is much more than a cultural event: it is a collective process involving the community and artists from all over the world, transforming the village into an open-air creative workshop. The programme includes:

• Public artworks by Etsom (Italy) and Taxis (Greece)
• Talks and workshops dedicated to tradition and new forms of expression
• Live music, themed tours and activities open to all ages
