On Saturday 7 February 2026 at 10:00, the Tourist and Cultural Welcome Centre at Palazzo Gallelli in Badolato Borgo will host a workshop and artistic-cultural meeting dedicated to Corajisama, a symbolic figure in Calabrian folk tradition. This event forms part of the programme for the Pupi, papatuli e babbareddi exhibition by Andrea Bressi Cantastorie, as well as the celebrations for the National Day of Dialect and Local Languages, which are promoted by UNPLI.
The event offers an opportunity for in-depth study and active participation, aimed at rediscovering and transmitting knowledge related to the area's material culture, symbolic language, and oral traditions. Through storytelling, discussion and practical activities, the workshop will guide participants through the process of creating the Corajisama, encouraging dialogue between memory, creativity and local identity.
