Acting Workshop - Bestiary of the Soul

From March 13 to 15, 2026, the Teatro Primo in Villa San Giovanni will host the acting workshop Bestiario dell'anima - Tiziano Scarpa e la scuraglia poetica (Bestiary of the soul - Tiziano Scarpa and poetic "scuraglia"), curated by Silvio Barbiero. 

This intensive course is dedicated to expressive research and an in-depth study of acting through poetic language and the construction of stage gestures. Drawing from Tiziano Scarpa's imagery and writing, the workshop invites participants to explore the potential of their voice, body, and stage presence, encouraging a direct comparison between technique and creativity.

The course is aimed at actors and acting students and takes place over three days of practical exercises, text analysis, and performance experimentation. It offers an opportunity for growth and training in a structured, shared workshop setting.
