The Spring of Beauty

From 2 to 16 April 2025, Reggio Calabria will host the second edition of The Spring of Beauty, the Festival of the Arts that celebrates beauty through music, theatre, dance, poetry, exhibitions and workshops. The Aragonese Castle will be the fulcrum of this event that highlights the territory's excellence and enhances its cultural heritage.

Inauguration and exhibitions The inauguration of the Festival will be held on 2 April at 5 pm at the Castello Aragonese, with theatrical performances, musical performances and the presentation of the commemorative postcard. During the Festival, the Castle will host permanent exhibitions of jewellery, painting, sculpture, ceramics and philately, with great masters such as Michele Affidato and Natino Chirico.

Special events and appointments There will be no lack of shows and activities for everyone, including:

• The Ethnic Concert in Piazza Italia (6 April)
• The Jewel of Antiquity conference at the National Archaeological Museum (10 April)
• The Hyle Quartet concert on the Lungomare Falcomatà (13 April)
• The confectionery conference Closing in Dolce... Beauty (16 April)
