The Foxes - Directed by Luca Ricci

A dining room, a café, a sunny August Sunday. In this seemingly peaceful setting, the lives of two local political notables and the daughter of one of them intertwine. While the protagonists' thoughts already fly to the sea and the holidays, some matters related to their interests are still unresolved.

Between vegan biscuits and casual conversations, appetites, agreements and small favours that mark the dynamics of power are revealed. The Italian province is the real protagonist of the story, a microcosm where individual desires, obsessions and ambitions are reflected. In a mechanism that justifies petty personal gain, while trying to justify the management of public affairs, the show stages a delicate power game.
