The eagerly awaited Taurianova Flower Festival (RC) takes place this year over the weekend of 19-21 June.
An event that every year renews its inspirational theme, leaving the field free to the imagination of the participants, who try their hand at producing veritable paintings of flowers under the artistic direction of expert master flower arrangers from cities renowned for their historical infiorate, such as Noto (Sicily), Genzano and Gerano (Lazio).
The Taurianova Flower Festival was born in 2016 thanks to the twinning between the Pro Loco Taurianova nel Cuore and the Pro Loco of Noto. This year's edition will again feature dozens of giant-sized floral paintings, i.e. a huge carpet of flowers completely covering Corso XXIV Maggio.
Each of the sketches is inspired by the chosen theme, which for this 8th edition will be ‘’Made in Italy‘’.
