Tarantella Festival

We are pleased to announce the Tarantella Festival in Casabona, to be held on 10 August 2024. This travelling festival will offer an exclusive spectacle, highlighting the chosen locations and musical groups made in Calabria.

The project includes local entertainment and cultural promotion activities, with the aim of enhancing the historical, cultural and traditional identity of our region through music, culture and dance. During the festival, educational and exploratory activities will be organised, including excursions and recreational activities for young people. In addition, the event will involve food and wine with tastings of typical products, culinary experiences and workshops. Recreational and cultural activities will include workshops on tarantella, tambourines, accordions and learning about our typical products. There will also be performances by itinerant groups with traditional instruments and entertainment in the streets of the town.
