On 18 December 2025, the Teatro Comunale in Catanzaro will host Shot – International Short Film Festival, a morning dedicated to cinema and contemporary audiovisual languages, promoted by the Academy of Fine Arts in Catanzaro.
For the first time, the entire audiovisual production of the School of Film Directing, from its foundation to the present day, will be presented to the public: short films, 360-degree videos, video installations and video clips that recount a journey of artistic research and experimentation.
The initiative involves students, teachers and the public in an open discussion, with the participation of numerous high school students from the city. A jury of experts will award prizes for the best works and emerging talents.
