From 25 to 27 October 2024, the National Archaeological Museum of Reggio Calabria will host the Rhegion International Film Festival (RIFF), an unmissable event dedicated to film, culture and history enthusiasts. For three days, the museum will host free screenings of films and documentaries exploring fascinating topics related to archaeology and anthropology.
From rock art to the Saxon Middle Ages, from the depths of the Mediterranean Sea to Iran, via life in Calabrian villages and modern Greece, the RIFF will offer an exciting journey through eras and cultures.
This is the first film festival organised in an archaeological museum, a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in screenings of great artistic and cultural value, in a place of profound historical significance.
