The Infiorata Melitese, now in its second edition, will take place from June 12 to 15, 2025 in the historic center of Melito di Porto Salvo (RC), with the patronage of the Municipality and organized by the Melito Vecchia Cultural Association.
The event celebrates the art of floral carpets, created along the streets of the village with the help of master flower artists and volunteers. The program includes collective preparation, open-air exhibitions, and historical recreations, including costume parades, flag-waving performances, and medieval shows.
The experience is completed by musical events, street artists, and areas dedicated to local crafts and gastronomy. An event that combines tradition, culture, and community participation in the heart of the Grecanica area.
