From 29 September to 5 October 2025, Benestare will host the 16th edition of Catoja in Feast, an event celebrating the traditions and popular culture of Locride. For eight days, the village will come alive with a rich programme of art, music, gastronomy and historical memory, with the characteristic plaster houses taking centre stage.
Visitors and residents will be able to take part in guided tours led by Catoisti and local partners, discovering ancient farming traditions and sampling the region's gastronomic specialities. The streets of the historic centre will become a stage for musical performances and moments of conviviality, offering an immersive experience of the flavours, aromas and culture of Benestare.
