Get ready for an extraordinary experience with the Reggio Calabria Carnival 2026! This festive event, to be held in the beautiful city of Reggio Calabria, promises to offer a programme full of exciting activities for all ages.
From February 13 to 17, the city center will come alive with a variety of Carnival-themed events.
The program begins on Friday afternoon with a masked parade along Corso Garibaldi, between Piazza De Nava and Piazza Duomo. The parade will feature stilt walkers and jugglers from "Giocolereggio".
Saturday afternoon will feature a Grand Musical Costume Parade inspired by Disney characters. On Friday and Saturday, Piazza De Nava will host entertainment and Caribbean dancing organized by "Passione Latina".
On Sunday morning, Piazza Duomo will offer activities and workshops for children organized by "Gigi the Magic & Co." In the afternoon, the celebration continues in Piazza De Nava with a masquerade event for adults and children with "Sandro Portami a Rio".
The event will conclude on Tuesday afternoon with a final parade through the city center, once again featuring the street artists of "Giocolereggio".
