Calabrian Diatonic Accordion Award

Calabria is also tradition when it comes to popular music. In Aieta, in the splendid setting of the Renaissance Palace, an important annual event not to be missed will be staged, aimed at enthusiasts and others.

On 21 April 2024, the third edition of the "Calabrian Diatonic Accordion Prize" will take place, a national selection for the I.D.A. world prize. The event is organised by the "Melodie del Borgo Aieta" association with the "International Diatonic Alliance". It is a real competition that will start at 9 a.m. and will see the final award ceremony on the same day at 8 p.m.
