House of Ancient Crafts

The cultural association "I fili del rinascimento" was born in Aieta in order to discover, enhance, promote and disseminate all the manual arts that use “yarns”, such as embroidery, crochet, knitting. The skilled hands of the embroiderers reproduce the “pieces” of the past that were used for the precious marriage kits but also create accessories for clothing and furniture, in order to combine traditional techniques with innovation. The activity is conducted in a municipal building named The House of ancient crafts, well it equipped exhibition area\museum.
