Broad Beans Festival

The Broad Beans Festival, now in its 3rd edition, revives one of Cerenzia's historical culinary traditions: the preparation of "sauza", a special dish made with tender broad beans and their skins, breadcrumbs, vinegar and mint.

This year, the festival has been included in an itinerary called Festival of Traditions, conceived by the Proloco of Cerenzia and the cultural association Arte in gioco of Caccuri to bring together as many traditions and as many Calabrian towns as possible in various stages.
