A Chjina Sanfilese - Tales and Tasting

On 4 March 2025, San Fili celebrates one of its most iconic sweets with an event dedicated to the Chjina Sanfilese, an explosion of flavours that for generations has enriched tables at Carnival time.

Starting at 4 p.m., in the suggestive Hall of Ceremonies of the Municipal Palace, visitors will be able to discover the history of this delicacy through stories and anecdotes linked to local tradition. The event will also be an unmissable opportunity to taste the Chjina, allowing oneself to be won over by its unmistakable taste.
