Visit to Europe's highest vineyard and wine tasting

At an altitude of 1,300 metres, with a breathtaking view of Lake Cecita, is the highest vineyard in Europe, located in Cava di Melis in the Sila National Park. This project, born from the passion of a young engineer and the desire to honour the legacy of his grandparents, is an example of heroic viticulture.

The native vines, adapted to the harsh climatic conditions of the Sila plateau, are incredibly resistant. The strong temperature fluctuations between day and night contribute to the creation of aromatic, fruity wines with a strong and persistent taste. Visiting the vineyard means living an authentic experience, walking among the rows of vines that tell stories of passion, tradition and respect for nature.

The visit culminates in the cellar, where you can taste the wine and discover the secrets of a viticulture that enhances the land and respects the environment.
