Cancellation policies
Reimbursement is provided only in the event of cancellation of the flight by the captain due to adverse marine weather conditions, safety issues or other instructions from public authorities.
In the event of cancellation of the booking by the participant, the following penalties will apply as reimbursement of organisational costs:
- 10% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled date of the activity;
- 25% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within 21 days of the scheduled date of the activity;
- 50% cancellation fee if cancellation takes place within 11 days of the activity date;
- 75% cancellation fee if cancellation takes place within 3 days of the scheduled activity date;
- 100% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made more than 3 days before the scheduled activity date.
