Jeep safari in the Aspromonte National Park

More similar in geological origin to the Alps than to the Apennines, it preserves an uncontaminated environment and tangible signs of a millenary past.

Traversed over the centuries by Greeks, Romans, wandering monks, fugitives and shepherds, this land is shaped by rivers that furrow the hills, creating unique landscapes that change from coast to coast, from valley to valley.

Itinerary
At the agreed time, we will meet at the Agriturismo Magia dell'Aspromonte to board the off-road vehicles heading for the Aspromonte National Park, an extraordinary nature reserve recognised as a UNESCO Global GeoPark.

After about 30 minutes of travelling through forests and breathtaking views, we will reach Zomaro, on the Piani della Melia. Here we will visit the Visitor Centre, where we can learn more about the park's biodiversity and discover interesting facts about its monumental trees.

We will continue with a walk of about an hour and a quarter to immerse ourselves in the sounds and scents of nature. Along the way, we will cross the Fonte Acqua Bianca spring, famous for its beneficial properties, until we reach the charming Laghetto Zomaro, a perfect place to admire the landscape and take beautiful photos.

Finally, we will get back on board the jeeps to return to our starting point, taking with us the memory of an authentic and enthralling experience.
