Together, we’ll knead and shape handmade pasta, just as our grandparents taught us. We’ll show you the techniques, secrets, and love that make every dish special. Then, we’ll all sit around the table to enjoy what you’ve created, accompanied by a traditional Calabrian appetizer, while sharing stories and traditions from our family and region.
It’s an authentic experience immersed in the beauty of the countryside, where you can live like a true Calabrian for a day, savoring flavors, smiles, and traditions you’ll never forget.
