The Yoga Calabria Festival returns, from 19 to 21 June 2025, with its second edition entitled “Energetic Aperitifs”. A unique, itinerant event that will touch the towns of Castrovillari, Cassano all'Ionio, Morano Calabro and Frascineto, in a natural setting where the Pollino mountains overlook the Ionian Sea.
Inspired by the YOGAMATI BenEssere MAC model, which combines medicine, art, culture and spirituality, the festival offers everyone - from the youngest to the oldest - the chance to experience three days full of activities, in contact with nature and with themselves. From yoga to dance, from theatre to music, from singing to psychology and philosophy, from conscious trekking to meditation: each experience is designed to recreate harmony, wellbeing and healing, on a path that follows the 5 elements and the 12 pearls of life.
