On Thursday, 22 January 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the IMES Hall in Catanzaro will host Giuseppe Verdi's “Un ballo in maschera”, presented in its complete form by the A.D.O.L. Association – Friends of the “Jussi Björling” Opera in Catanzaro.
The initiative is a tribute to the great baritone Dmitri Chvorostovsky and offers a complete performance of one of the most famous titles in Verdi's repertoire, characterized by an intense plot and musical writing of great expressive power.
Curated by Domenico Maiolo, the opera is an opportunity to rediscover Verdi's operatic language and its artistic value.
