On Saturday 18 October 2025, at 7:00 p.m., the Pythagoras Museum in Crotone will host the Orpheus Trio in 'The Beautiful Songs', a concert that combines elegance, emotion and refined sound.
The event, part of the historic Concert Season of the Maurizio Quintieri Association – now in its 46th edition – offers a fascinating musical journey that unites two distant worlds united by beauty: the France of Erik Satie and Francis Poulenc, with their delicate and dreamy atmospheres, and the Argentina of Astor Piazzolla, with its unmistakable milonga and tango rhythms.
The stars of the evening will be Enrica Mistretta (soprano), Daniele Augruso (horn) and Giovanni Mazzuca (piano), three artists who have been performing as the Trio Orpheus since 2016, an ensemble appreciated for its interpretative elegance and ability to create an emotional dialogue between different styles and cultures.
