Throw & Eat

If you are ready to experience a day of fun, good food and lots of music, you absolutely cannot miss Throw & Eat, the event that will animate Sant'Alessio in Aspromonte on Sunday 6 April 2025! A unique opportunity to discover Calabrian traditions, taste the typical specialities of our land and enjoy shows, music and much more.

The event will start at 10.30 a.m. and continue until late in the evening, offering a whole day of celebration. To frame this great event, there will be travelling shows and DJ sets. But not only music: food will be the absolute protagonist! Street food stands will offer a wide selection of typical Calabrian dishes.

For the little ones, there is a Luna Park area equipped with inflatables, make-up artists, candyfloss and popcorn to keep them entertained non-stop. And for those who don't want to give up sport, there will be a mini basketball court run by ‘Lumaka Mini Basket’. There will also be surprises for art lovers: you will be able to admire Street Art in a dedicated street, as well as watch an unmissable Body Painting exhibition by artist Daniela Sarica. For nature lovers, there will be excursions organised by the CAI Aspromonte Section, to discover the natural beauty of the area. In addition, stands selling typical local products and handicrafts will allow you to take home a piece of authentic Calabria.
