Salgemma Lungro Festival | Roberto Bozzo Trio

The musical journey of the Salgemma Lungro Festival continues with the second event scheduled for Sunday 27 July 2025, at 10:00 p.m., at the Vittorio Emanuele II Amphitheatre.

For the Serenate di Sale section, the spotlight will be on the Roberto Bozzo Trio, the star of an intimate and engaging concert that will bring to the stage the project “Gente che sa vivere”, the first solo album by the singer-songwriter from Cosenza.

With over thirty years of career behind him, including collaborations with K-byte and the Sabatum Quartet, Bozzo offers songwriting that combines original songs with reinterpretations of the national and international repertoire. Unpublished arrangements and unconventional instruments enrich a live performance that is direct, ironic and profound at the same time.

His songs recount everyday life, the difficulties and passion of the artistic profession, and the contradictions of our society. This free concert is part of the summer programme promoted by the Municipality of Lungro and curated by Piano B, with the aim of promoting the area through high-quality cultural events.
