“My” colors

From January 16 to February 7, 2026, the Museo del Presente in Rende will host “Sandro Nucci - My Colors”, a solo exhibition dedicated to the work of the Calabrian painter originally from Malito. The exhibition offers the opportunity to discover Nucci's artistic journey through a selection of works that reflect his deep connection with the Calabrian territory and its landscapes.

The works on display feature the characteristic landscapes of Calabria, where the intense blue of the sky and sea interacts with wild nature and windy skies. Nucci's pictorial research focuses on the representation of natural elements as protagonists of the scene: mountains, hills, and the sea, animated by atmospheres that vary from calm to stormy, offering an intense and personal vision of the Mediterranean landscape.

The exhibition opening will be held on January 16 at 6:00 p.m. During the exhibition period, the museum will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It will be closed on Mondays.
